We arrived and we had some issues. The staff tried to accommodate us but I had to ask for the supervisor. I spoke with Jeff Forrest the General Manager and he was aware of the issue. After everything was taken care of all was great. I didn't have a bad experience only a good one. This Motel takes pride in how the clients are taken care. Jeff and his wonderful staff have great work ethics. I will stay there again if I ever go to Carlsbad. Thank You Jeff and staff.

Clean and quiet. Room was roomy and nice. The whirlpool did not work. The breakfast was cold even though it was in the hot trays

Nice, clean rooms. Comfy beds. Ac worked just fine. Comvenient location. Paked right outside of my room. Was very quiet when i closed the soor, despite the main road being 20 yards away. If any other guests were loud, i coildnt hear them. All the emenities yoy need. The breakfast was sub par, ao dont count on that. Other than that, i will be stayingherw again thw next time im in Carlsbad.

First room was in Old building with dim lighting and run down everything. So we got moved to newer building on second floor. But it had a clogged toilet which ten minutes with a plunger didn't fix (and the plunger had to be checked out, which wasnt a good sign). Room 3 didn't get hot water for a shower. I'm not that picky, but this place was sub standard. The service however was excellent in trying to make the best of a terrible property

Food cold on buffet. Never know with eggs. Customer in front of us told them it was cold. Then they offered to cook for him but he would have to pay for it. OJ was delicious!!

Older motel style but the rooms were huge and so nice !!!!!! Beds were very nice and comfortable but decor and tv were very dated and small
